It was only a small traitorous part of the army that staged a mutiny.

They will be rounded up and executed for their treason. .....

Well, the military tried to stop the adoption of a Muslim constitution in Turkey. They failed, the Muslim constitution will now be adopted and Turkey will be formally, an Islamic state. Leaving Syria and Lebanon the only secular states in the Middle East.
