No where in the audio, does Bannon actually indicate or acknowledge that Trump would "falsely," be claiming any victory, that he did not legitimately earn.
It very well could have just been an attempt to circumvent the same sort of shenanigans that Brenda Snipes engaged in, in that Broward County controversy, which, I have no doubt he was aware of.
The way this "leaked audio," is spun, does look damning, but the context is. . . well, not probably correct, given the source that has published it.
