Barr did not break the law by not releasing a full unredacted report like they wanted.
Now if he had ,then he would be breaking the law.
You can't be in contempt when congress tries to demand you to break it.

If they don't stop Barr and Trump from digging up what the last cabal hid, then they are really screwed in 2020 when it all comes out. So it's an all or nothing bet. Do what they can to stop Barr and any cost, and if they still lose, they will get buried alive between that and their stunts, or just leave Barr alone and suffer his findings of the the last administration.

Barr has refused to testify before the House judiciary committee....AND, he could have asked a judge to allow the grand jury testimony in the Mueller report to be released ...Its been done many, many times before.
