Bernie "Landslide" Sanders!

I didn't get on the email train until the FBI started talking about indictments and stuff. But I am now. That link showed me a lot. I am not Nostradamus, but cankles might be fucked

G-d must have a socialist stripe in him because he has formulated the perfect storm to drown Clinton. She has more legal trouble coming from more directions then you can count.

"Last week, Mrs. Clinton’s five closest advisers when she was Secretary of State, four of whom remain close to her and have significant positions in her presidential campaign, were interrogated by the FBI. These interrogations were voluntary, not under oath, and done in the presence of the same legal team which represented all five aides."

Five former SoS workers ALL on her campaign staff. The whole crew in one shot okay?

"In the same week, a federal judge ordered the same five persons to give videotaped testimony in a civil lawsuit against the State Department which once employed them in order to determine if there was a “conspiracy” -- that’s the word used by the judge -- in Mrs. Clinton’s office to evade federal transparency laws. Stated differently, the purpose of these interrogations is to seek evidence of an agreement to avoid the Freedom of Information Act requirements of storage and transparency of records, and whether such an agreement, if it existed, was also an agreement to commit espionage -- the removal of state secrets from a secure place to a non-secure place."

Okay the JUDGE called it a conspiracy, not me not some pundit a judge. And MORE missing emails from an entirely different server but the SAME Clinton server programmer.

"Also earlier this week, the State Department revealed that it cannot find the emails of Bryan Pagliano for the four years that he was employed there. Who is Bryan Pagliano? He is the former information technology expert, employed by the State Department to problem shoot Mrs. Clinton’s entail issues."

And he got immunity but those emails are gone folks.

"Pagliano was also personally employed by Mrs. Clinton. She paid him $5,000 to migrate her regular State Department email account and her secret State Department email account from their secure State Department servers to her personal, secret, non-secure server in her home in Chappaqua, New York. That was undoubtedly a criminal act. Pagliano either received a promise of non-prosecution or an actual order of immunity from a federal judge. He is now the government’s chief witness against Mrs. Clinton."

And if that is not bad enough Hillary's emails may not be hard to get. Putin MIGHT just give them up OR Sanders and his supporters CAN argue Hillary is open to blackmail from ANYONE holding those emails.

"As if all this wasn’t enough bad news for Mrs. Clinton in one week, the FBI learned last week from the convicted international hacker, who calls himself Guccifer, that he knows how the Russians came to possess Mrs. Clinton’s emails; and it is because she stored, received and sent them from her personal, secret, non-secure server."

And her just Lying to or about the FBI is a charge all by itself!

"Any lie and any materially misleading statement -- and she is prone to both -- made to the FBI can form the basis for an independent criminal charge against her. This is the environment that trapped Martha Stewart. Hence the standard practice among experienced counsel is to decline interviews by the folks investigating their clients."

And what would be the charges for lying, destroying evidence AND the server its self?

"Mrs. Clinton’s folks are preparing for the worst. They have leaked nonsense from “U.S. officials” that the feds have found no intent to commit espionage on the part of Mrs. Clinton. Too bad these officials -- political appointees, no doubt -- skipped or failed Criminal Law 101. The government need not prove intent for either espionage or for lying to federal agents."

"And it prosecutes both crimes very vigorously."

Essay: Anatomy of the Deep State

Essay: Anatomy of the Deep State | BillMoyers.com

Despite this apparent impotence, President Obama can liquidate American citizens without due processes, detain prisoners indefinitely without charge, conduct dragnet surveillance on the American people without judicial warrant and engage in unprecedented — at least since the McCarthy era — witch hunts against federal employees (the so-called “Insider Threat Program”). Within the United States, this power is characterized by massive displays of intimidating force by militarized federal, state and local law enforcement. Abroad, President Obama can start wars at will and engage in virtually any other activity whatsoever without so much as a by-your-leave from Congress, such as arranging the forced landing of a plane carrying a sovereign head of state over foreign territory. Despite the habitual cant of congressional Republicans about executive overreach by Obama, the would-be dictator, we have until recently heard very little from them about these actions — with the minor exception of comments from gadfly Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky. Democrats, save a few mavericks such as Ron Wyden of Oregon, are not unduly troubled, either — even to the extent of permitting seemingly perjured congressional testimony under oath by executive branch officials on the subject of illegal surveillance.

Deep State America
Deep State America
Democracy is often subverted by special interests operating behind the scenes.

America’s deep state is completely corrupt: it exists to sell out the public interest, and includes both major political parties as well as government officials. Politicians like the Clintons who leave the White House “broke” and accumulate $100 million in a few years exemplify how it rewards. A bloated Pentagon churns out hundreds of unneeded flag officers who receive munificent pensions and benefits for the rest of their lives. And no one is punished, ever. Disgraced former general and CIA Director David Petraeus is now a partner at the KKR private equity firm, even though he knows nothing about financial services. More recently, former Acting CIA Director Michael Morell has become a Senior Counselor at Beacon Global Strategies. Both are being rewarded for their loyalty to the system and for providing current access to their replacements in government.

What makes the deep state so successful? It wins no matter who is in power, by creating bipartisan-supported money pits within the system. Monetizing the completely unnecessary and hideously expensive global war on terror benefits the senior government officials, beltway industries, and financial services that feed off it. Because it is essential to keep the money flowing, the deep state persists in promoting policies that make no sense, to include the unwinnable wars currently enjoying marquee status in Iraq/Syria and Afghanistan. The deep state knows that a fearful public will buy its product and does not even have to make much of an effort to sell it.

We haven't heard about that stuff because it's bullshit and not true. Oh wait. That's from the American Conservative? The same people who believe the earth is 6,000 years old. If Republicans lie about something every sane person on earth knows the truth about, then who could believe anything those unscrupulous Republican conservative people spout? Tax cuts for the rich creates jobs. That a minimum wage is bad for the country. That vaccines cause autism. Iraq. Tax cuts for corporations.
Everything they say is bullshit and even the base is finally rejecting the old lying clowns for the new lying clown.

You do know that Moyers & Company is extremely left wing, right? They are saying the exact same stuff.

Look up the work of Peter Dale Scott, the advisor that oversaw congress women Dr. Cynthia McKinney international and policy Phd. No friend of the establish, far left leaning political activist. Dr. Scott has written and spoken about the same things.

Here's Dr. Scott and David Talbot, founder of Salon.

Controlled by shadow government: Mike Lofgren reveals how top U.S. officials are at the mercy of the “deep state”
A corrupt network of wealthy elites has hijacked our government, ex-GOP staffer and best-selling author tells Salon
Controlled by shadow government: Mike Lofgren reveals how top U.S. officials are at the mercy of the “deep state”

Do the people who work in the deep state have a common ideology or narrative that they tell themselves and one another, something that justifies their behavior or explains why their interventions into the democratic process are “necessary”?

I think it’s an ideology that dare not speak its name. They claim it is not an ideology, that it is simply their technocratic expertise giving you the benefit of their knowledge. However, their knowledge is always based on a neoconservative view of foreign policy, [and] in domestic policy, it enforces neoliberalism.

On a personal level, it is kind of, Well, we’re just doing the best we can or If only everyone appreciated how hard it is to decide whether to torture subject A or subject B when you are in the CIA or If only everyone appreciated how hard it is to decide to privatize this or that. You just don’t really appreciate how difficult things are for us.

They sort of act like stoical martyrs when you ask them about why they actually do these things.

Do you think that sense of martyrdom explains the revolving door problem? I’m imagining something along the lines of these people saying to themselves, Well, I sacrificed for my country; so now I deserve to cash out.

I am sure they all acculturate themselves to that viewpoint. And when the money is there; you don’t want to leave it lying on the table. They certainly don’t. And our laws against that kind of behavior are nonexistent, or can be gotten around, so why not take the money?

I once made a joke to a friend that President Obama was to the deep state what the press secretary is to the president. Was I closer to the truth than I realized? Or was I going too far?

I don’t believe so. [Obama] was a guy who was so carefully cultivated. You saw that already in the 2004 Democratic convention. He was going to filibuster the FISA Amendments Act regarding the telecoms illegal collusion with intelligence agencies, but somewhere in 2008, he decided he was going to vote for it. And that was right about the time that somebody supplied him with John Brennan, the current CIA director, who was going to tutor him on what it takes to be president from the national security perspective.

When the far right and far left agree that clandestine interests have hijacked the Republic . . . .

We are in some deep shit.

You seem to be pretty good at reading and writing you might want to read the book 13 hours. You know the one that was written by CIA operatives that were fighting the battle in Benghazi, the one they made the movie about that completely admonishes Hillary Clinton from any negligence regarding Benghazi.

Then you can read another history of why 240 U.S. Marines were killed in a U.S. embassy in Lebanon during the Reagan administration, and then read about many other U.S. Embassies were attacked and people died, during Republican & Democrat administrations.

In fact we know more about Benghazi than about any other, because that one has been investigated 8 times, and all the rest were only once.

Past administrations have made some big mistakes, like G.W. Bush taking us into Iraq, where thousands died, and many more than that were disabled for life.

GET OVER IT--and stop with the REICH wing dog and pony shows.
