Biden did not get the 8x million votes because voters liked him, he got it because Trump was demonized. 18 months into his term, Biden has failed on multiple fronts: COVID, illegal immigration, economy (inflation at a 40+ year high), education, etc .. etc .. No president had ever claimed such emergency powers to override the will of Congress.
