OK, RW. Not very united, but functional. For the moment, I'll take functional. Joe Biden will be President of the United State on January 20. I am not so sure whether he will be the 46th or 47th. I believe the electors make the decision of the voter official on Dec. 14th (the first Monday after the second Wednesday, (bizarre how we pick important dates in this country), transmit the votes to Washington, where they are officially tabulated the first week of January at a joint session of Congress. I suspect the date during the first week will be after the January 5th Senate Runoff elections in Georgia. This is all going to work out as set fourth in the constitution, but is going to take a while. I can wait and watch with little or no difficulty.
