This is a huge initiative that he has undertaken. The corporations use all manner of means to avoid paying their fair share and hide it away in smaller rogue nations like Ireland and Luxembourg
If President Joe is serious about this then humanity will take a step forward and the power of the corporations will have been limited, if only for a while.

If they sell in the US, they are already paying taxes on what they sell in the US. Every nation has a lower tax rate than the US, I am doubtful that other G20 countries would support raising corporate taxes on their companies and lose a competitive edge, do you?
