Since our 200+ y/o constitution is the most non-specific document on earth, it allows the President to claim that everything is an official duty. This, of course can be challenged. And that challenge, of course, can be met with motion after motion, appeal after appeal, until the sun envelops the earth.

After which if a judges agrees they will be appealed and eventually wind up back at this same court that just said anything done as an "official action" the POTUS is immune from liability...and they will rule all those things were part of his official actions.
