Why doesn't the Liberal Congress just pass a new masking law or constitutional amendment if they think its a good idea, instead of a Fake CDC proclamation.

There are certain things they can do, and others things they can.

The fact that their title is "center for disease control" doesn't give them unlimited power.

Example given, they would NOT be allowed to outlaw sodomy- even though the practice is linked to aids- a very serious disease. Regulating the sphincters of homos is outside of their agency's mission statement, in spite of the fact that it could reduce the # of aids cases.

Well that isn't true, fresh air is vented into the cabin constanly, and foul air let out.

If it weren't an hour long flight would have everyone dead from carbon dioxide poisoning.

The cabin air that is recirculated is also very heavily filtered and there is no evidence to suggest anyone was infected by Covid that somehow managed to get all the way through that system to be then vented into the cabin for us to breathe.

Covid is spread through direct contact not through filtered ventilation systems. It's spread through water droplets that tend to adhere to any surface they come in contact with.

If anything we should have mandated UV air sanitizing decades ago when it proved so valuable in OR's.

When you have no clue what you're talking about it it's usually best to remain silent.
