(The CDC can only act to improve cleanliness) But you're right, masks should be a non-issue given the pandemic right now. Biden may lose, and that would be bad for us all.

You're free to show us in the Constitution where an unelected bureaucracy is authorized to force 320 million plus people to wear a facemask in public under the guise of an emergency and continuously extend that alleged emergency without any checks or balances. Here's the thing about the medical community. Everything to them is an emergency. If Fauci had been given full dictatorial reign over the pandemic he would have had this entire country shut down far beyond what most governors did until the point there wasn't a single COVID case left in existence. That would have been akin to using a stick of dynamite to kill a spider in your house and we'd have almost this entire country plunged into poverty.

The cure has been worse than the disease in my opinion in the amount of civil liberties trampled on and the massive consolidation of government power over a virus that had less than a 1% mortality rate and one in which only a few sects of the population were largely impacted.
