Ironcally, if Biden had not been deliberately flooding our borders with what he thought* would be future Democrat voters, and overcrowding even former sanctuary cities to the point that they cannot take anymore, we could easily handle a sudden flow of refugees from a truly emergency situation.

Exactly right. The Biden regime has decided to breach all of the most basic tenets of separation of powers. Biden decided on his first day in office to abuse the executive branch in order to ignore immigration laws and to stop enforcing border and immigration laws.
