Biden’s student loan cancellations to cost taxpayers $559B as households earning $300K benefit the most: study

The law stipulates what is required.
No one should pay back more than the law requires.
Are you familiar with "contract law"?
It seems not.
Contracts are promises that the law will enforce. Contract law is generally governed by state common law, and while general overall contract law is common throughout the country, some specific court interpretations of a particular element of the contract may vary between the states.

People with college degrees pay taxes. More than those without college degrees.
Your comment reinforces the reason why people with college degrees should repay their loans. They signed a contract which said they would repay the loan.

Seems simple enough.

Middle class Americans get a government subsidy and they’re deadbeats.

Rich elites get a government subsidy and they’re geniuses.

Theyre following the law. Why would you attack them for doing so?

You wouldn’t ever hold anyone else to this standard. it’s all just a culture war. Spreading hate and division.

The law states that the borrower will have their loans forgiven under certain circumstances.

So they’re paying back exactly what the law requires.
Then why is Biden getting involved if the law already allows deadbeatism?
Virtue signaling and vote buying?

Amidst pretend-president Biden's vote buying scheme of student debt transfer is the true cost of the debt burden placed on taxpayers.

A Wharton study estimates that the various vote buying schemes will eventually cost taxpayers in excess of $559 Billion dollars.

Under the Dems / Socialists, spending and debt accumulation never ends, the middle class pays for everything but at what point do the Dems / Socialists literally kill off the middle class?

President Biden’s latest student loan cancellation plans will increase the total cost to taxpayers to a whopping $559 billion and benefit households earning more than $300,000 in annual income the most, according to a new study.

DemoKKKrats are the party of the super-rich.

The 'law' that your leftie corrupt politicians change or implement after the fact. No 'law' should be retroactive to any contract that was signed prior to it. If you want to live in a socialist country, move.

What law is that? You should have learned in 7th grade civics that congress makes laws. What law passed in congress allowing Biden to cancel loan contracts?

Because Biden executes the law. Did you skip that part of middle school civics?

Following the law makes you a deadbeat? Don’t be a jerk.

Well apparently the supreme court doesn't agree with you. But I'm sure you know better than they do. :auiqs.jpg:

No one should get 'government subsidies', that's not what it's here for.

No bigger deadbeat than Trump, but we aren’t supposed to talk about how his base praises him for it.

But they’ll jump on the hate train when it’s average middle class Americans.

This thread has nothing to do with Trump.

You’re flailing around here and just making yourself look intellectually impotent. Why did the SCOTUS stop Biden from “executing the law”?

You copied and pasted that before without understanding what you copied and pasted. It's the Excepted PLUS loan program I identified for you earlier.

Do you believe the USSC was confused about the law when they ruled on Biden's student debt transfer being illegal?
No, its really not.

I believe you are confused about what the SC case was about because it wasn’t this.
