Make sure that proof is timestamped and verified and you got a caseI've already posted this, but one more time: Lying on the Form 4473 is every much a felony as simply being a drug user and possessing a firearm. And Hunter was a confessed crack cocaine addict during the time he owned both pistols. There are photographs, emails, and witnesses. Now stop trying to turn this into something it's not.

Is this really what you’re saying right now??The only way to obtain a copy of the Form 4473 is for the BATF to request it from the seller of the firearm, which they can and will do in cases like this. But what difference does that make? Just being in possession of the gun and ammunition while being a drug user is as much of a felony as lying on the Form 4473. The best Hunter could hope for is to have his lying on the 4473 dropped as a plea bargain, but he'd still serve hard time for the drug user in possession of a firearm charge. Oh, and BTW: That could be two separate charges, because it's believed he had two different pistols: A .38 Special revolver and a .380 or 9mm semi-auto pistol. He is pictured hold the semi-auto on his laptop, and the other one was the one his sister in law Hallie discarded in a trash can.
So he's pretty much fucked, in addition to the tax evasion, not registering with the Foreign Agent Registry Act, and money laundering.
