Still, like Troy Aikman pointed out, quarterbacks will be playing longer careers going forward.....Brady, Big Ben, Drew, Aaron these guys came in as the rule changes were happening as the old guys leaving were doing good to play 12 -15 seasons at the most.

So the guys like Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen, they may still be playing in 2040.
