I suggest you contact trumps attorney's and ask them to appeal, even though they didn't want to have the hearing until January 2024.

I think the major reason for the trial being set next January is to give Trump lawyers time to prepare their case and for subpoenas for witnesses on both sides to work their way thru the courts. That will takes months. The Trump legal team says they would like the trial later. This is mostly Trump talking. He would like to see the trial delayed until after the primaries are sewed up. Once the trial starts there is going to be damning evidence presented by Bragg and the whole Stormy Daniels affair will be rehashed in the court and the media. This of course will meet with attacks from Trump legal team. However, no one knows how voters will react. And what happens to his nomination if he is found guilty of 34 felonies will he still be nominated? No, his best bet is to go through primaries, playing the victim card of having his life destroyed by an evil government which his supporters hate, a crooked DA responding to a democrat conspiracy.

Best possible trial time for Trump is after the primaries, next summer. However, I doubt his lawyers can delay it that long.

Sometime between now and next summer there will most probably be other indictments, probably the Jan6 for one. Then there is Classified Documents investigation and the Georgia Grand Jury investigation of election fraud. I think Trump is going to need more lawyers.

Bragg has charged Trump with falsifying business records (a misdemeanor past the statute of limitations) and the “intent to commit a future more serious crime” (the unarmed felony).

Trump has a right to know what this unnamed future crime he intends to commit is. Otherwise, the Democrats could arrest me, and every Trump voter, on the grounds that we intend to commit a felony in the future.

The case against Trump is unconstitutional and should be tossed. Bragg should be disbarred for using the power of his office, along with his personal hate for a citizen, to violate that citizen’s Sixth Amendment Rights. Yup. What is happening here is that the controlling Regime is charging their primary political challenger with multiple felonies that are, at most, a single misdemeanor for which Hillary paid a fine. This is what happens in corrupt countries.

I think we need to refer to the Biden Administration and all those part of it as MOTRR = Members of the Ruling Regime.
