After meeting with world leaders all across the world regarding the war between Israel and Hamas, 5 European countries have decided to officially recognize the state of Joe Biden's infirmity. Pedro Sánchez of Spain came to this conclusion after watching Joe Biden declare Hamas a terrorist organization, and then in the next breath declare that Israel must be stopped in attacking them and that they must be given aid, after which Joe Biden seemed to wonder off stage and began sniffing the hair of the wife of the Prime minister telling her that he has just as much hair on his arms as he does his legs and asked her if she would like to feel them.
Four other European countries then made the same official declaration upon watching the episode unfold at the UN. President of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier declared, "Ve have to finally address zee Jewish question once and for all, but how can we with nincompoop at the helm? And to think, ve lost two wars to zees people."
The Italian prime minister then goose stepped up to the podium to demand a head count on which countries would join Germany and Spain in their official declaration.
At a press conference at the White House, the historically black and gay Jeanne Pierre declared. "For the last time, genocide Joe does not have dementia, so please stop pushing the Putin lies"
Fortunately for Joe Biden, his poll numbers were already at zero so the turn of events had little negative effect on his Presidential bid.
