Sweden, France, Britain...increasing gun crime....

Japan had the Yakuza using fully automatic weapons and grenades to settle turf wars even with their gun control....you don't know what you are talking about.

Japan stopped the Yakuza not with dumb ass licensing, background checks, mental health checks...since they didn't do any of those things to get their guns........to stop actual criminals, and making those other things unnecessary......they made any crime with a gun a life sentence...you know...locking up actual criminals who use guns illegally......with a 95% conviction rate.....and if you are a criminal caught with an illegal gun, you get 10 years, if you have bullets it gets bumped to 15 years......

With all of the extreme gun control laws, with all of their extreme testing and regulations of guns in japan...the Yakuza got guns easily, as well as grenades....and fully automatic weapons...so all of the background checks, the talking to friends and family and police interviews...didn't stop the criminals from getting illegal guns and using them to shoot each other.

What stopped them? What I keep telling you is the only thing we need to stop criminals here.....

Actually locking up criminals who use guns....putting them in prison for long sentences....

If you actually lock up violent gun criminals who use guns for crime for a life sentence with a 95% conviction rate....gun crime will dry up over night.......throw in a 15 year sentence whenever these criminals are caught in mere possession of an illegal gun, and you dry up gun crime even more....

But you asshats don't care about actual crime, and stopping it.....you are mentally ill....you have an irrational fixation on guns, rather than gun crime...so your solutions are to a problem we don't have and you ignore the actual problem due to your illness...

If you don't grant bond to criminals arrested for illegal guns, if you lock them up for using a gun in a crime for life, and for 15 years for illegally possessing a gun, you actually solve our gun crime problem...without having to annoy or harrass normal gun owners.

But that is the point..... everything you want for gun control is designed only to harass and annoy normal gun owners......
