No, it absolutely does NOT. Inspiring the crazies to commit murder is not protected by the First Amendment. A few decent appointments to the SC could restore us to the nation the Founders intended.But I think we can safely say this falls under freedom of speech. I don't think this idiot was actually planning any sort of attack against the President of the United States.
