Paul Pelosi, 82, was nabbed just before midnight in Napa County, California and charged with one count of driving under the influence and another for driving with a blood alcohol content level of 0.08 or higher, the outlet reported.

Pelosi’s bail was set for $5,000 for the two misdemeanors.

There are very very few over 80 who drive drunk and history proves he mostly likely does it frequently
The arresting officer will now come under assault as libbies will launch their typical “defend the criminal”
