That is a matter of opinion. The use of Chemical Weapons or nerve agents in this case is considered a War Crime. Those that do the deed deserve to get punished for doing so, or they will think it's ok to do it again. The strike was minimal and was appropriate considering they had already supposedly agreed to destroy them all. How the hell does it save lives.................When you ask the men in combat to do more with less and strap them with a bunch of ROE's that don't allow proper support.
