Mueller has already violated the DOJ investigation rules by investigating the BUSINESS records of any Trumps associates. There has been NO evidence that tied any business action to the election. There is NO rule that says Trump has to even leave his position of leader of his conglomerate. George Washington was the owner of a large Agricultural business that sold goods to foreign countries and did not have to give up his position in that business. The same applied to all of the presidents ever elected that were business owners. Therefore the point is completely without merit and backed by 200 years of precedent. The emollients clause just refers to personal gifts to ELECTED officials at the time of the exchange and during the term of their restricted involvement, (which BTW has been broken already by the oshitass team), not to poll workers, or campaign workers.
