Is he talking about how he raised insulin prices as one of his first acts as president?
Who the hell knows. I do remember him cancelling out Trump's cheap insulin prices that were tremendously helping diabetes patients and raising prices astronomically that insulin was unaffordable.

The same drug that the government subsidizes to make it 40% cheaper to the public, not 40% cheaper.

It's like Canadian healthcare. The Canadians say they have free healthcare. They have zero cost at the point of service, but it is NOT free, by any stretch of the imagination.

However, this may be a symptom of his progressive brain degeneration.

Alzheimer's disease primarily affects cognitive functions, such as memory, thinking, and reasoning. While it does impact various aspects of a person's life, including their emotions, it doesn't typically manifest as a lack of emotional control as a defining symptom.

Alzheimer's disease may lead to changes in behavior and emotions, such as increased agitation, depression, or anxiety. These changes can be distressing for both individuals with Alzheimer's and their caregivers. However, it's essential to differentiate between emotional changes and a complete lack of emotional control.

Emotional changes in Alzheimer's are often a result of cognitive decline and the challenges of coping with the disease. Effective management may involve medication and non-pharmacological interventions to address these behavioral and psychological symptoms. It's crucial to seek medical advice and support from healthcare professionals and support organizations when dealing with Alzheimer's-related emotional changes.

In summary, while Alzheimer's disease can impact emotions and behavior, a complete lack of emotional control is not a specific characteristic of the disease.

Wow, this was the best you have, that he raised his voice during a speech?
Do you watch any news? Biden has embarassed himself and this country multiple times in the last two weeks. If you are as uninformed as you seem to be you have no place in the conversation.
