I don’t think they care if 0.5% of it is used to secure our borders, nor do the American public.

Actually the great increases that Trump gave would be reduced very little if at all from the massive Obama and Prog military reductions that made many families near destitute. Under Obama some of the kids were actually hungry. But the military spirit of family helping each other alleviated the worst of that.
