Buh Bye Obamacare

The Trump administration told a federal court on Thursday that it would no longer defend crucial provisions of the Affordable Care Act that protect consumers with pre-existing medical conditions.

Only a total dumbass (who is not getting screwed by his insurance company denying him coverage) would think that that's "awesome"
not even sure what that means.

Lol
Says someone who trusts the collective...

Collectivists care about society, all Individualists care about is themselves.

I certainly don't want my people to be replaced by Third-World riff-raffs, or dying from lack of healthcare.

All Individualists think of is "Me, mine, and now" a totally revolting ideology.
Lol
Collectivists caring about the individual… You make me laugh.
Shut the fuck up

This from the guy cheering about our national debt! What a fraud you turned out to be
you lefties crying about the national debt....bwahahahahaaha

You are much further left than I am

oh no, another one.......
why do lefties always try to pretend to be republican or conservative, even your politicians do that...
we never pretend to be democrats or lefties.

being treated is healthcare.
Sorry insurance. You all use insurances as healthcare!

I don't, but nice try. And I did not mention insurance at all, I said "lack the funds to pay".
How does someone know a patient has lack of funds when they come in for a visit?

The same way a grocery store knows if you have the funds to pay for your groceries, or the gas station knows you have it to pay for your fuel.

This is not rocket science.
profiling?

Payment up front. Does your grocery let your leave with your stuff and come back and pay later?

if I use a credit card, they don't get paid and I get to leave.

The next thing that needs to happen is all the laws forcing medical facilities and personnel to provide care and products to those who cannot pay need to be removed from the books.

Anyone that chooses not to have insurance should either pay cash or be sent away...no matter their condition

dude....that's pretty much a death sentence in case of a seriously expensive medical emergency to those with pre-existing condition who can't get insured.

Probably has something to do with the fact that it's products do not address life threatening emergencies and do not cost thousands of dollars.

Sorry bro, Obama lied all the time

you can keep you doctor
stimulus has shovel ready jobs
a video caused an arab uprising
I'm not for gay marriage....
is there any policy he didn't lie on?
All of those things were true.
nope, not a single one...even lefties joke about how much bullshit he spewed
All were true. I don’t know a single “lefty” that makes that joke.
well maybe look for some that aren't card carrying members of the communist party

hey here is an example

Axelrod: Obama Misled Nation When He Opposed Gay Marriage In 2008

Axelrod writes that he knew Obama was in favor of same-sex marriages during the first presidential campaign, even as Obama publicly said he only supported civil unions, not full marriages
Obama was the best President for gay rights in history. If that was because he changed his mind, good for him. Tens of millions, maybe 100+ million people did the same and joined the right side of history.
he did zip, but thanks for playing.

They do get paid, the CC company pays them...even if you do not pay your CC bill.

I made the thread, but details like that are too hard for you.
three words

Buh Bye Obamacare...

no, so if you're paying cash....you better have it......

Or not. It really depends on the hospital. I've never met a doctor or nurse who would stand by and watch someone die just because they don't have money. EMTALA is largely symbolic. In the current debate it's just an excuse, drug in by socialists to justify nationalizing health care. They, rather obviously, don't care about the cost shifting - that's their goal. They just think that the whole "freeloader" angle will appeal to conservatives, that it will trick them into supporting socialism.

And if you have neither they still treat you and pass the bill on to the rest of us

Yes, but that wasn't the discussion, it was what SHOULD happen.....

yes Idiot, I know you made the thread and I even know what you wrote in it's title, so there is no reason for you to parrot same ol' bullshit everyone knows you already said.

I am so glad that pre-existing conditions are no longer required to be covered -- Now insurance can do the right thing and price their plans appropriately ---

if you have a pre-existing condition and can't afford -- you have the freedom to get charities or rely on family members to help you get treatment -- if not, oh well -- maybe if you worked harder, you wouldn't be in this position.

I may be open to children with pre-existing conditions receiving govt assistance but the more I think about it -- I think only certain children who are worthy should receive it.

It always was.

'Awesome'? I would not call it that. I would call it anything BUT 'awesome'.

Democrats DESTROYED the previous system of health care insurance and replaced it with Obamacare, quietly admitting the whole time - as Harry Reid did - that it was a temporary stepping-stone to 'Single Payer'. Reid added a year or so after it was passed that it was 'designed to fail' but that it was failing way earlier than they had hoped.

There is nothing in place to go to if Obamacare either dies or dissolves. That doesn't bother Democrats that much because they wanted to 'HERD' the American people into 'Single Payer' anyway, stripping them of more choice, more control, and into more of the role of being a controlled 'sheep'.

Once again the politicians (Democrats especially, declared, 'Hi, I'm from the Government, and I'm here to help' (10 of the scariest words you will ever hear), they created the PROBLEM 1st, then come up with the solution (that is almost always worse than the problem they created and definitely worse than we had it before they showed up to begin with).

So, NO...I am not surprised, but this is not 'awesome'.
