California advances bill for illegals. 0 down, no payment home loans

So California is advancing a bill that gives illegals 0 down, no payment home loans. What could possibly go wrong here?

Guess they are trying to fill up the spaces of the people who left California and fill them up with people they will vote for them in exchange for free stuff.
This can’t be true…. gipper dblack Harpy Eagle Harry Dresden pknopp all tell us “the parties are one and the same”.
Which Republican / red states are drafting these Bills?

no, dipshit, it's stupid. Those illegals will set up in neighborhoods and start branching out taking people's jobs and driving down wages.
They'll do work under the table for half of what we will do.
That's why I had to move out of California.
So you don’t think the Democommies in your state are not planning shit that California pulls off

Take a look at the homeless maps and they are SOLID BLUE STATES. Hell Oregon and Waahington have gone full retard too.

Liberals call it Houselessness. I am not a Libtard, but I belong to a Libtard group on Fakebook that helps the homeless...whoops.

Technically, a tent is a home.

President George W. Bush’s home down payment assistance program for less qualified individuals is widely blamed for fueling the housing bubble — by increasing housing prices and decreasing loan recipient quality — that led to the 2007-2008 global financial crisis.

Median house nearly $1 million near any job centers. Property taxes $12K + $1000/mo insurance + mortgage insurance if less than 20% down? Utilites $300/mo? Food, gas medical $1K/mo. CA nickles and dimes you to the poor house.

Who’s going to pay them enough to keep it going?

Congress is the legislative branch. President is the executive. Stuff it with you BS stories. Congress did nothing to stop the carnage over several years. They wanted collapse to bring in the criminal muslim. We are still digging out from that. And losing the battle. They’ve gotten everything rigged pretty good over their 12 years.

You know, it could be a scam. California "sells" these homes to illegals who trash, then abandon the place. The price is now reduced to land value only and is sold to a democrat donor to build an office building, a raft of million dollar condos. Taxpayers bail out the banks that lost money. It's a win win win all the way around.
