Santa Clara is now near $3.50 or so. I suspect it will reach +$0.60 one increment then another +$0.60 second round (this has been the pattern).

It kills the poor Because many must live far away. At one point during recession (for years) I was forced into driving 750 miles per week using 100 Gal per month or ($350 to $400)*12 = $4200-$4800/year
