...even though Democrats continue to demonstrate 'your' vote doesn't matter shit because the Democrats are going to rig primaries, cheat in debates, engage in election fraud, violate Election and Campaign Finance laws, collude with and pay foreign spies and Russians, burn ballots, manufacture more ballots, will not follow the law which would help people have more faith in the process, and will do whatever it takes to steal elections.....What's the rush? Count the votes, let people really believe every vote counts and they can make a difference.
..but let's at least keep up the illusion to let people BELIEVE their vote still count.

They did not argue that before a judge and it seems that the argument was on if it was really an illegal, not if the illegal should be allowed to vote.
