judged by the colour of their skin applies to whites as well, not just blacks. Often blacks judge other for not being black, or black enough. The world is too white for them. Blacks have their own schools, their own magazines, their own tv channels, their own makeup and fashion, organizations, awards.
Whites, etc., have to share and blacks don't? Black's don't have to be inclusive enough but whites do? There are quotas so blacks can have jobs, even if they don't otherwise qualify, but whites don't?
Whites are judge by the colour of their skin by blacks everyday in so many ways, eve if walking "in the wrong neighborhood" on a public street.

MLKs words ring true for all people.
