The airlines just like to make the sky pretty for the people!!!

Nah far more likely there is this massive conspiracy involving tens of thousands of pilots, mechanics, crew, government agencies, aircraft manufacturers, etc. to maintain spray nozzles and chemical tanks inside commercial airlines and not tell anyone. Yup, that is the far more logical conclusion.

They just sign a form on their first day of work promising not to tell, and that system of good faith just works, that is why we're all left in the dark guessing at their nefarious intentions.

for instance if the president and vice president conspired to take over iraqs oil fields the vp would give the orders to the general who would give it to thousands of men who are cluless they aided a crime.
