Yes. Caliper test and neck/waist ratio. Some people are just built differently. I was 215 as a senior in HS, while one of the top in the state of FL in sprinting and shot put, without an ounce of BF. At that time, I would have already been considered "obese" according to the ht/wt chart. So would many of my friends that played D-1 football, and some of my friends that were on the UF track and field team. I'm not alone in considering that chart to be of almost no scientific value. That's why the military adopted the alternative measurements, because so many physically fit people were failing the ht/wt chart and requiring waivers.
