Fires happen when you don't maintain your property. The CA 'let it burn' policy as well as closing off Federal land to logging has resulted in horrible raging wildfires that USED to take place in CA probably hundreds or thousands of years ago. Environmental regulations ignore human occupation and assume that humans are a blight on the environment which is not true. They seem to not want us to survive actually.
