CNN: "Roe leak may impact how Supreme Court decides gun rights, climate and immigration cases this spring" (silent part added within)

The SC justices have a lifetime appointment, so they don't have to give a damn about what anybody thinks. I would be very disappointed if any of them allowed themselves to be bullied into altering their opinions about any case before them. And we'd probably never know if that was the case anyway.
The Court was bullied into not ruling on the legitimacy of the 2020 Presidential election when the States sued and the Court would not grant standing. That chickenshit Justice Roberts was quoted as saying he would not want for there to be riots in the streets.

We can't depend upon the Judicial Branch to protect our Liberties any more than we can depend upon the Legislative and Executive Branches to do so. Our Founding Fathers knew this and that is why we have the Second Amendment.

It is also why we need machine guns immediately.

The justices can protect the privacy of their deliberations and negotiations, if they are willing to either type their damn opinions themselves, or put some extra work on their clerks.

If they haven't typed nothing since the days of IBM selectric (you need balls to type in those days), they can either learn modern word processing, or shift the burden to their clerks.

How? Let each justice tell their clerks that they have been given the duty to draft the majority opinion for any newsworthy case. Insist on secrecy since the majority support is wobbly and if word gets out the case may go the other way. Partisan hacks will be sure to release opinions they disagree with and even our idiotic media will tire of reporting falsely based on fake opinions.

Plus, if you make sure only one clerk gets each fake or real opinion, then you will know the culprit for any leak. If the justices have any honor, that clerk will be found in a pool of blood at the entrance to the Washington Post with his or her severed penis in their mouth.
