For their new project, “the ultimate goal is to develop new methodologies for investigating our relationship with milk over time” and to “learn from the histories and global forces shaping milk today to envision more sustainable futures,” according to the museum.

For a "new methodology" I suggest reading the Bible. God promised the descendants of Israel "a land flowing with milk and honey". Land(s) whose wealth was largely in the form of abundant, healthful food.

Why white, northern Europeans? Because they, and their brethren around the globe, are the descendants of Israel, to whom this blessing was promised.

Regarding "envisioning more sustainable futures", people of white, northern European descent are adequately sustained, thanks to milk and other abundant foods. What this study suggests is attacking global milk production for no other reason than that it sustains the health of white people.

Can't wait until they go after honey.
