Saw this on a video on the Paul Finebaum show.
The idea is to build the best coaching staff possible. You have 5 positions to fill. Head coach, OC, DC, Special Teams coordinator, and Social Media Coordinator (whatever that is).
The only limitations is that they all have to be currently active.
My dream staff:
Head Coach: Nick Saban - the G.O.A.T.
Offensive Coordinator: Either Lincoln Riley or Steve Sarkisian
Defensive Coordinator: Kirby Smart - his defenses when he was DC under Saban were killers!
Special Teams Coordinator: Steve Beamer - Beamer Ball!
Social Media Coordinator: Lane Kiffin - Kiffin replaced Steve Spurrier as the "comment king".
