What do background checks have to do with the constitution?

Those gun free school zones have really done their job! Something wrong with firing half the security in schools, in order to pay for two fully trained armed bodyguards instead? The elite have them in their schools.

What does that have to do with the fact that background checks don’t violate the Second Amendment?

To the OP: They don't violate the 2nd, though. They violate the 4th.

You’re confusing background checks with registration, where the former is not a violation of privacy because the information available is part of the public record, such as felony convictions.
