It can if it's not addressed properly. She's excelling now, became a honor student, she took up a sport, last year she was on student council. But she still has her moments, not nearly as many but she does and she is very leery of strange men. She has a very good counselor also, that's really important.

Because I am in the Bundesheer I have many friends in other nations Armed Forces and I remember several years ago being with several friends who are in certain Eastern European Armed Forces and for no apparent reason one of them say to me "you know men who like children we don't have any of those in our nations" and I say "how is this?" and they say "when a man who likes children is apprehended the authorities hand them to the Army and we take them away and shoot them" This is excellent this is what should happen in ALL nations.
