Congressman Warns of Obamacare “Secret Security Force”

We should be very concerned about how things are worded in the new disaster of a law. We keep hearing about how complicated the law is and how many pages there are in it. That is always the excuse for why the idiots didn't read it before or after they passed it. The law was written by lawyers and other experts who knew exactly what power the government wanted when it came to our health care and many other things. There are no mistakes or oversights, just deliberate language giving the government certain powers. As soon as it passed, the government had more control over us and it doesn't matter if people know what the law says or not.

If it's in the law, there is a reason. If the wording is vague, it gives the regime more power because it doesn't restrict government. That was the real goal of the law, not improving health care. Obama did talk about having a security force stronger than the military. Usually, only dictators want personal armies. We don't need a secret security force and it is downright tyrannical for a president to create his own special forces to use against the people.
Maybe, just maybe, if republicans had stood on their hind legs and worked toward making ACA better instead of doing everything in their power to kill the bill it would have been a much better bill. The true fact of the matter is that the republicans have done everything in their power to make ACA fail. If it does fail they will immediately pat themselves on the back for a job well done while millions of Americans will be condemned to living with no insurance. Way to go republicans. Very American of you to stomp your fellow Americans into the dirt. Very American!!!!

First, you admitted that the Dems cannot pass legislation that helps unless they have help from the right. They all supported the bill and passed it into law. They get full credit for the mess. You cannot blame those who weren't even invited to the table. There were no public discussions, putting the bill online or open debate that was promised. ACA was shoved through in an unconstitutional manner and the lies about it being a tax/not a tax continue as Obama needs to have both lies stand in order for ACA to stand.

It is very American to stop tyrants. Obamacare is an oppressive bill and all the things the Republicans warned about are happening, despite a constant cry of denial from the left. I never understood how people who didn't read the bill could defend it so adamantly and then impose it on the American people while exempting themselves. Never eat food that the chef refuses to touch. Same is true with ACA.

The people being stomped into the dirt are Republicans and anyone else who has the nerve to disagree with the current administration. Unless you support everything Obama does, you are labeled a racist, as Oprah just did again. The race card gets played automatically despite the disagreements are clearly political.

Bottom line is that not all Americans are interested in socialism and will fight against it.

The ACA is being morphed into a much better bill, much to the anger of the far left and the far right.

This is the dumbest conspiracy theory I have ever heard. It isn't even fun. :-(
Perhaps you all should read directly from the bill. Instead, you choose to dismiss what other people say is in the bill based on your opinion of that person.
Perhaps you should take your own advice rather than trust the Right to take a little snippet out of context! God forbid there be reserves to help with access to HEALTH CARE SERVICES in an emergency! :cuckoo:

‘‘(c) PURPOSE AND USE OF READY RESEARCH.—
‘‘(1) PURPOSE.—The purpose of the Ready Reserve Corps
is to fulfill the need to have additional Commissioned Corps
personnel available on short notice (similar to the uniformed
service’s reserve program) to assist regular Commissioned
Corps personnel to meet both routine public health and emer-
gency response missions.
‘‘(2) USES.—The Ready Reserve Corps shall—
‘‘(A) participate in routine training to meet the general
and specific needs of the Commissioned Corps;
‘‘(B) be available and ready for involuntary calls to
active duty during national emergencies and public health
crises, similar to the uniformed service reserve personnel;
‘‘(C) be available for backfilling critical positions left
vacant during deployment of active duty Commissioned
Corps members, as well as for deployment to respond to
public health emergencies, both foreign and domestic; and
‘‘(D) be available for service assignment in isolated,
hardship, and medically underserved communities (as
defined in section 799B) to improve access to health serv-
ices.

Total BULLSHIT! Here are the FACTS:

When obstructionism prevents reforms and legislation that were part of your own Republican agenda, it becomes a form of domestic terrorism IMO.

Republicans were well aware that health care reform was paramount to repairing our economy and protecting the financial security of American families. McCain, and Republicans ALSO ran on promising health care reforms.

But Republicans made a conscious and collective decision to block and undermine any reform. Because it would be seen as a success for our President.

David Frum, the Republican and former economic speechwriter for George W. Bush was fired by the American Enterprise Institute for writing this op-ed, a right wing think tank whose 'scholars' ironically were ordered not to speak to the media on the subject of health care reform, because they agreed with too much of what Obama was trying to do.

Waterloo
by David Frum

At the beginning of this process we made a strategic decision: unlike, say, Democrats in 2001 when President Bush proposed his first tax cut, we would make no deal with the administration. No negotiations, no compromise, nothing. We were going for all the marbles. This would be Obama’s Waterloo – just as healthcare was Clinton’s in 1994.

This time, when we went for all the marbles, we ended with none.

Could a deal have been reached? Who knows? But we do know that the gap between this plan and traditional Republican ideas is not very big. The Obama plan has a broad family resemblance to Mitt Romney’s Massachusetts plan. It builds on ideas developed at the Heritage Foundation in the early 1990s that formed the basis for Republican counter-proposals to Clintoncare in 1993-1994.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The final irony:
The health care bill Obama and Democrats passed was not the reform liberals and progressives sought. It was and IS a carbon copy of the Republican bills proposed by Senator John Chafee, (R-R.I) and Senate Minority Leader Bob Dole in the early 1990's. Including the conservative idea...the individual mandate.

What a crock of crap. As was posted the Republicans offered many amendments to the bill in committee but that wasn't enough to make the pile of crap workable so they didn't vote for the bill and they have been proved ABSOLUTLY correct. How can something voted on pure party line be blamed on anyone other then the party that voted for the bill? Even the moderates of the democrat party had to be bought off. Remember the corn husker kick back?

No this is all Obama, this is all democrat there is really nothing that the Republicans can do to mess it up, that too is up to Obama and he is doing a fine job circumventing the law.

C-SPAN Demands Democrats Open Secret Health Reform Talks - Doug Heye (usnews.com)

Unfortunately, the network can cover only those congressional meetings held in the public. Voters hoping to follow the process of the House and Senate working out the differences of their respective healthcare reform bills are left in the dark. C-SPAN will not be covering the House-Senate conference on the legislation because there will not be any such conference. As reported by the Associated Press, Congressional Quarterly, USA Today, the Washington Post, and, not insignificantly, Peter Roff with U.S. News & World Report, House and Senate Democrats will negotiate the legislation in private, far away from the prying eyes of Capitol Hill Republicans and far away from prying cameras.

Laugh now, cry later. The Dictator didn't hire all those Thousands of new IRS Henchmen for nothin. The loyal Obamabot Moochers are in for a real shock. Yes, the IRS will be coming for you too. Obamacare is an awful Obomination. Make no mistake about that.

IRS Expansion

Q: Will the IRS hire 16,500 new agents to enforce the health care law?

A: No. The law requires the IRS mostly to hand out tax credits, not collect penalties. The claim of 16,500 new agents stems from a partisan analysis based on guesswork and false assumptions, and compounded by outright misrepresentation.
