Lois Lerner the former IRS chief who is at the very center of the IRS scandal has been charged with contempt of Congress. This means her case will now go to the justice department for review. However, the head of the Department of Justice, Eric Holder is also charged with this very same crime, but his charge is on appeal due to executive privilege by Obama. So, what will more than likely happen to Ms. Lerner is nothing, because the Obama administration could ill afford her to be forced to testify and Obama to become directly implicated and the real truth become known. In addition to this yesterday the Congress voted with the help of some twenty six democrats to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the IRS scandal and this is very bad news for the Democrats and the Obama White House.
Then we have Benghazi and the release of e-mails from the highest levels of the Obama administration that seem to directly implicate the White House with this cover up and the deaths of four Americans. We now know that Obama has lied yet again in this matter and his advisers had directed others to spin the truth about what they knew to be the truth.
If we seriously contemplate what is actually going on here it is obvious that Obama himself is behind all of these criminal activities. If Obama becomes implicated directly in the IRS scandal as most likely he will be. He will be called to testify before Congress and he could be impeached and charged with high crimes and misdemeanors.
With disaster looming and a midterm election coming soon it looks as if the senate will be controlled by the GOP and Obama will become paralyzed as a lame duck. But Obama has his own solution for this catastrophe. a cell phone and a pen, he will govern by executive order, by passing the Congress altogether. The only real solution to this mess is impeachment, but because Obama is a black man. a democrat and our first black president the chances of this actually happening are very slim.
What is likely to happen is that Obama's approval numbers will continue to plummet and we all already know his credibility is now non existent. This whole thing is sad, when so many Americans had faith and hope in a man who has turned out to be far less than anybody could have imagined.
