Does this idea scale? ... the Mississippi isn't the only river with this problem, they all do ... we keep the water flow strong and narrow to scour the shipping channel ... so ships can move up and down the river and into blue water ... so it's not just the cost of diverting slit into an adjacent bay, but also keeping the main channel dredged ...

... from the Mississippi to the Saint John's ... tax the Middle Class, they want bigger government ...
