Correspondent's Dinner or Not?

If you were Trump, would you attend the correspondent's dinner? I'd send Alec Baldwin, to the gathering of clowns.

Trump's hostility towards a free press means if he has any shame in him at all, he will not attend.

Ideas I like that have been floated around:

- organizations buy tickets, as proceeds go to a good cause, but do not attend, so that if Trump attends he is surrounded by empty tables
- cancel the event
- attend the rival event a block away called "Not the White House Correspondence Dinner"
