Cuomo is an idiot, as any New Yorker will tell you. Though there are fewer of them as the state has a fleeing population, especially from Upstate ( an area Cuomo hates anyway). Sky high taxes and exploding debt second only to California don't help. People don't realize that Cuomo LOST almost every county in the state outside of the city (39 of 42). He ONLY won election due to New York City. Something else the man who thinks he king doesn't realize. Due to the population exodus, the state looks to be LOSiNG 2 representatives. Oops.
