She's not allowed to vote and she attempted to vote anyways.

She did nothing illegal, criminal, harmful, or with any deception.
So the charges were total fraud.
Since the probation people told her she could vote, it was not criminal to register.

That isn't what the court found, you're simply making things up now.

They ordered a new trial because of new evidence.
