You stupid white mf....Obama temporarily gave sancturary to the children of illegals....he left it up to that worthless pile of shit GOP congress to create legislation allowing DACA to become law....listen, if your gonna come here time and time again to lie, do us all a favor, DON'T...it really makes you look like the white trash you really are, dumb bitch!!DACA was not a law.
It was just another one of Racist Barry the Magnificent’s shady, unconstitutional, illegal policies.
Obama panders to the racist/bigot La Raza, LULAC and Aztlan Nationalist who hate Anglos and who refuse to accept that America is a sovereign country with immigration laws.

Are you one of those "scary" black tough guys?
DACA doesn't make Dreamers LEGAL, it just doesn't define them as "illegal" ...
RW mindfuk ...

That's kind of like defining a turd as a Baby Ruth bar. It's still a turd no matter what you call it.
Generations ago, Congress passed our immigration laws, and the President at the time signed them into law. They said that any foreign national who comes into the country without a visa, should be deported. The law made no exception for very young children.DACA was not a law.
No, the law determines an immigrant's standing.DACA doesn't make Dreamers LEGAL, it just doesn't define them as "illegal" ...

He did, goldfish. But the GOP has filibustered it. Repeatedly. If Obama's heart told him it was bad to deport someone who had been brought into the country illegally by his parents when he was maybe 1 or two years old... why didn't Obama go to Congress (then fully controlled by Democrats), get them to pass a bill changing the immigration laws to allow grown adults who were brought in as young children to stay?
DACA most likely is illegal. We'll never know for sure.2/3rds of the RW idgets dont have a clue about DACA and the other 1/3rd is totally confused.
All they know and understand is Obama did it so its illegal and unconstitutional.
the mantra is that every person not here legally should be deported. And the maj of Americans have never, in a poll or election, agreed.2/3rds of the RW idgets dont have a clue about DACA and the other 1/3rd is totally confused.

And in 2017 it will once again fail. There's not a single congress member up for election next year that will vote for amnesty of any kind for anyone. They will get wiped out.The first DREAM Act was introduced by a Republican, believe it or not. In 2001.
S.1291 - 107th Congress (2001-2002): DREAM Act
In 2010, it passed the House but was defeated by a GOP filibuster in the Senate. Five Democrats also failed to support it. If they had, it would have passed.
Another DREAM Act was introduced in 2011, and because of the Tea Party movement at the time, not a single Republican signed onto it.
The GOP of today is nothing like the GOP of days past. Today, they are cowards. Spineless. Chickenshits.
That's how a New York Democrat was able to hijack the whole enchilada.
Yeah. and imo Obama tried to essentially shame the congress which is held hostage by 40-50 House members. I agree the EO should be unconstitutional. Obama could simply have directed resources for deportation away from these folks, but he issued the EO when there was zero political capital to be gained. He did it as a matter of principle. Only a vocal minority wants these folks kicked out.DACA most likely is illegal. We'll never know for sure.2/3rds of the RW idgets dont have a clue about DACA and the other 1/3rd is totally confused.

Prosecutorial discretion is a tricky thing.
"John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it!"
I think Obama's EO extending the employer mandate was more deeply on unconstitutional ground than DACA was. But then the GOP forced that crisis on purpose. Theater for the rubes.
Heller and Gardner will vote for it. And there are many House gopers who would vote for it, but it'll never come up for a voteAnd in 2017 it will once again fail. I think there is a fairly good chance the DREAM Act will pass. The GOP will add amendments for cover to make it slightly tougher. Lowering the age limit to 30 from 35. Things like that. And in 2017 it will once again fail. There's not a single congress member up for election next year that will vote for amnesty of any kind for anyone.
