A 2008 FBI report identifies an individual as a mass murderer—versus a spree killer or a serial killer—if he kills four or more people in a single incident (not including himself), typically in a single location. You stop the gang members by keeping them in prison and jail, but unfortunately, the democrat party keeps releasing them, no with "no cash" bail...so they can go out and shoot more people...

The 12 actual mass public shooters, you deal with through an informed public sector....educators, school counselors, friends and family.....alerting law enforcement to dangerous individuals....you also get rid of gun free zones, the places these 12 nuts choose to attack because they are looking to shoot unarmed victims.

Not were, are. But the Hell's Angels are a motorcycle club, just ask them. I know; I used to maintain the phone lines in their leader's tattoo shop. They also don't care who knows what violent criminals they are. The thing about outlaw motorcycle clubs is that they normally don't bother normal civilians. As long as you don't interfere with their businesses, they leave you alone. Their violence is directed, they don't normally do drive-bys.
