1. First impression, you remind me of Atheists preaching to Christian's their God and faith is made up by man / non-existent. Which only causes your audience to defend themselves MORE. So even if you prefer them to change their perspective, you have the opposite effect. Is this what you want? Because that's what you get.
2. Most ironically, many Whites may well AGREE with you that it's what their "class" represents that is blamed for power imbalance and oppression of minority "classes" and nothing to do with physical genetic "race" (which happens to be associated with the owner/manager business class but is not the cause of injustices and patterns of abuse in society)

3. If you truly don't believe in categorizing people genetically as "Caucasian" can you explain why the bone marrow donor registry makes such distinctions (Native, African, Latino, Asian and Caucasian) in order to save lives? Doctors with nonprofit outreach to match donors to recipients have explained that the HLA compatibility depends on genetics grouped by "race and nationality or family line". It is curious to note: Caucasians have a high rate of compatibility with each other (90% chance of finding matching donors in time) but all other "minority racial groups " have up to 10% chance of a match because they aren't compatible across their group and have to be tested and matched individually. These racial groups are not the same as "culture" or class which you are trying to address.

Funny I agree with you we should address cultural class and quit blaming skin color. Then we can talk about the Good and bad sides of cultural patterns and not argue over skin color. But medically speaking, yes, genetic race does make a difference and knowing your history can save lives.
