Of course not. In this specific region near San Deigo, they have a problem with tunnels. I agree. And in that specific region where they have a problem with tunnels, then they need a different way of combating the problem.

It has been amazing, here where I live there have been fairs where people donated goods and foods, many eateries are giving half off or free meals.
