The government standards have not been updated since the 70’s, Marty. The average female body type they use is at the 5th percentile, which is 106 pounds.

I know some are compelled to resist it simply b/c it was proposed by a Democrat, but the article makes a strong case for Norton. I’m interested in at least looking into the matter instead of just dismissing it outright.
