should Democrats seek out their own version of Trump to run in 2020? Should they find a bombastic candidate? Someone filled with hyperbole and a casual acquaintance with the truth? A salesman who might lie, but lie in a way Democrats find helpful.

Or should the Democrats go opposite? Someone dignified, beyond reproach with both feet planted firmly on the moral high ground. Someone devoid of drama.

Could such a candidate be heard over the tumult of the Trump Show? Could someone like a no drama candidate be accepted by the electorate with increasingly low brow culture draped across the voting booth?

Can “moral high ground” and “Democrat” legally be used together....EVER?

Should the Democrats go out and draft some P.T. Barnum low carb ncept uet bombastic message Mark Cuban type, Oprah Winfrey type to counter Trump?

Or is there still value in experience, knowledge, competence and class?

Has Trump obliterated our notion of quality?

I’m sure Alec Baldwin or Keith Olberman would be up to the task

Put a lunatic in there up against Trump. Let’s stoke this fire and see what comes out on the other side.

Do you think two lunatics would cancel each other out, or would we emerge from such an election punch drunk and incapable of seeing the truth?

You REALLY don't get why Trump won and why his popularity continues to build.

Speaking of "dignified, beyond reproach with both feet planted firmly on the moral high ground. Someone devoid of drama."

2020 Democrats Are Literally Begging For $1 On Facebook: “Can You Chip In?”

If the DNC’s total-number-of-donors rule for getting on the debate stage incentivizes candidates into going after any fringe Democrat voter with a few dollars to spare, the results shouldn’t fail to amuse.

I am amused.

Are you serious? When has Trump's popularity ever crossed the 50% approval mark?

And there is a difference between fundraising and presidential comportment. Surely you don't want this amoral huckster representing your ethics! Unless all you have are situational ethics.

Should democrats choose someone dignified and on moral high ground?

I dunno, any National Socialists out there that don't want to turn Israel into the next Holocaust?

Speaking of genocide, any democrats out there that are opposed to abortion?

Hilarious.

He carried 60% of the States with favorability in the low 30's, he's nearly 50% higher than that today.

Anybody has the moral high ground as compared to Trump!

But why should it be a 'No Drama' candidate?

Elections are more about emotions than intellect. Clinton bored everyone so she lost. Love 'em or hate 'em, Trump got people excited - so he won.

The same goes for just about every election since the 1960s.

Hahahahahahahahahaha

That's fucking hilarious. Your party ran off all those types last election. Remember when a candidate said ALL LIVES MATTER and he was promptly kicked to the curb?
Yeah, your party has not ONE dignified candidate. Just a bunch of vultures sitting atop their totem poles.
