Nope, apparently presumption of innocence doesn't apply to anyone that is a member of the political opposition, it's presumption of guilt for opponents.

As far as "Trump's constitutional rights" , not sure what you're referring to since there is no such thing as "constitutional rights" (rights aren't granted by the Constitution, it's just a piece of paper) , maybe you're referring to Constitutionally PROTECTED Rights and I don't see where those are being violated in this case. The HoR has the Constitutional Authority to do what it's currently doing even if what it's doing doesn't make a whole lot of sense, in fact the vast majority of what Congress undertakes doesn't make any sense so this whole circus falls right in line with standard congressional operating procedure.
