Yanno..................it's not just the black people who are shoplifting in SF, there are also white people doing the same thing. Seems that the way that the law is written, if it's less than a certain amount, the cops won't do anything about it. Saw an article on Inside Edition on this. They really need to change the law to say that you can go after ANYONE who steals from the store, even if it's just a Chapstick or a pack of gum and that is it.

I discovered that many city blacks have, shall we say, relaxed moral standards.
But like most farmers....blacks who live in rural areas have a totally different moral fiber.
